American National Life Insurance Company of New York was incorporated under the laws of New York as Farm Family Life Insurance Company in 1953 and is licensed in New York and twelve other states to sell life insurance, annuities and accident and health insurance. On December 31, 2017 the company merged with another American National subsidiary life insurer and complements the parent company by offering a variety of insurance products only to residents of New York. Products are distributed through independent and multiple line agents, as well as direct distributions. The company’s home office is in Glenmont, New York.
