If you have a billing notice, send your check or money order payment to the address listed on the notice. If you are unable to locate a billing notice, you can obtain payment information by contacting our Customer Service Center at 1-800-899-6806, Mon.-Fri., 7:30 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. Central time, or your American National agent. Please keep in mind that policy changes or inquiries can only be requested by the owner of the policy.
Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) provides automated information 24 hours, seven days a week. Simply follow the voice prompts to receive policy values, payment details, transaction dates, etc. You will need your policy number and the last four digits of the policy owner’s Social Security Number to access this system.
