Members are encouraged to utilize telemedicine to limit their exposure to COVID-19. Telemedicine services are covered under your plan in the same manner as any other face-to-face visit.

Earlier in the pandemic, the USPS expressed delays in mail delivery in some states. Although many of those delays have since returned to normal delivery times, we still recommend mailing your payment earlier than normal to avoid being late.
