As a general principle, the Company will not automatically collect personal information from users of the Site and Mobile App. Personal information is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted by you. We will ask for personal information, such as your name and email address, when you submit an information request form or request services that require registration, such as subscribing to American National Email Updates. This information is used for a variety of business purposes, including quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and upgrading website advertising and product content to better serve you and your insurance needs.
We may collect certain non-personal information (such as your internet browser, your computer or mobile device operating system, your IP address, your internet service provider address, crash reports, navigation paths, and usage statistics) though the use of third party data collection software. We may use such non-personal information for internal purposes, including improving your access to and content of the Site and Mobile App.

Please note that certain features may not function properly or at all as a result of disabling the location settings.
The Mobile App may send you push notifications to provide updates and other service related information. If you wish to opt-out of receiving push notifications, you can disable them at the device level.
