If you're able to to make a payment to your policy, we encourage you to do so. If you have unpaid premiums that accrued during the paused cancellation period, you'll receive a billing notice outlining current and past due premiums. If you have questions about a notice you received in the mail, please call your agent or our customer service center at (855) 618-0645.
Change Automatic Payment Status: If you're enrolled in automatic payments, your payments will still occur at your scheduled time. To request a change to your automatic payment status visit our Request Payment Options form.
