It’s your time
Beginning on your first day, if eligible, you can earn and can use Paid Time Off. PTO provides a bank of days off with pay (new employees receive 15) that you can use for any purpose: illness, vacation, personal time, doctor or dentist visits, to care for dependents or just because.
American National observes eight paid holidays. Eligible employees also receive three paid floating holidays to use during the year.

It’s never too early to plan for retirement. We encourage you to participate in American National’s 401(k) plan where you defer a percentage of your annual income into the plan for your retirement. The company also contributes to your plan: up to 4 percent of your annual income every year.
